Panopto download video free

We use Panopto with Canvas here at Penn and I've done a little research on this issue for a course taught in a different country using iPads.  Our best recommendation for viewing Panopto videos on a mobile device was to use the Panopto app or to access Canvas using the mobile browser.  Attempting to watch the videos using "Stay on the web" (see left below) results in some screen-space issues on smaller displays that makes it almost impossible to navigate the Panopto frame in the Canvas app (see right below).
