This one can happen when you have multiple Gamertags or PSN IDs linked to the same EA Account, and they’re friends with each other.

Unfriend the other Gamertags or PSN IDs, then restart your game and you shouldn’t see the error anymore.

I started playing but didn’t earn any Rep or Bank, what should I do?

We’ve noticed a rare bug where some players don’t earn Rep or Bank the first time they start playing. If this happens to you, quit out of the game completely then restart it and try another race. You should get your Bank and/or Rep properly after a restart. We’re working on clearing this up as soon as possible.

My party leader joined another player in a race but I couldn’t join too

Your party leader might join on a friend of theirs that's not in your party, resulting in you being left behind. You can just leave your current party and join your friend to race with them again.

When you remove a friend using the Origin In-Game overlay, their name might still be displayed in your in-game friends list. Leave the menu and come back to it or relaunch the game to fix this.

I got busted a few times and I know I had Bank left but it’s showing I have none on my summary screen, what’s going on?

You might have rough nights, when you're getting busted by the cops when you have less than 10,000 Bank. If this happens, the Bank counter shows zero instead of counting down from your previous Bank amount. It’s a visual bug, and we're looking into it.

My Driving in Oncoming Traffic daily challenge isn’t tracking

While you work on the challenge "stay in oncoming traffic for X seconds", the progress might not be displayed correctly. It's just a visual issue and you can still complete the challenge. Pro-tip: you need to stay in oncoming traffic for the whole duration, leaving the oncoming lane will reset your progress.

I can’t use Nitrous when the Live Tuning menu is open

When you trigger the NOS while the Live tuning menu is open, it won't activate. This will be fixed in a future update. (But maybe tweaking while activating NOS isn't the best idea anyway…?)

If your console went to standby mode after you played and you try to reconnect to the game afterwards, you might be unable to connect. Try relaunching the game, and if that doesn’t work, restart your Xbox One.

I got busted at level 3 Heat and my game hung

Once your Heat level is 3 or higher, try to make sure the cops don't bust you. There currently is a bug that they'll crash your game, too. We agree that's not the right approach to banning street racing, and we're working on a fix.

I completed the Winx level 3 high heat event, where’s my volatile part?

The High Heat event Winx currently does not reward you with a volatile part. Although you receive a message, it won't be awarded once you enter the Garage. We're aware and digging in our box of spare parts to fix that.
