In order for you download Windows 7 ISO, you need a legitimate retail product key. (Product key that can be activated multiple times.) However, if you are using an OEM license (pre-installed) Windows 7 you cannot use it to download the ISO file from the Microsoft site, but you can use the old installation disc to install it.

If all else fails, you really need to get a product key or contact your computer manufacturer and ask for installation disc.
