This is a really nice suite of skins for Rainmeter, and the author has done a great job with the design.

One thing I would caution. On his site, you have the choice of downloading the suite as a Rainmeter .rmskin format file, and also downloading a .exe installer that the author wrote which will automate installing both Rainmeter itself and the suite of skins in one operation.

While that .exe installer sounds like a nice touch, it has some fundamental problems in our view, and should NEVER be used.

First, it installs a beta version of Rainmeter, which in and of itself is fine, we strongly recommend using our betas. However, there may be users who don’t like using beta software, and this installer doesn’t offer the choice.

Second, the beta version of Rainmeter it installs is not the most recent beta. There are regular beta versions of Rainmeter released at https://rainmeter.net, and you should always, always be using the most recent one. We fix bugs, and add new features all the time. There is just no sense in ever installing an old beta.

Third, and really the most important from our view, is that we don’t EVER want folks getting in the habit of installing anything related to Rainmeter with a .exe file. The only exception is our installer, which you should always, and only, get at our site. Anything else installed for Rainmeter using a .exe program should be treated as malware, as 99% of the time that is exactly what it will be.

While we really like this suite of skins, and are happy to recommend that you jump over to his site and get the .rmskin, do NOT use his “bundled” installer. Just get the latest release or beta version of Rainmeter (your choice) from https://rainmeter.net, install it, and then just double-click on his .rmskin to install his suite.
