Give a try to this and let me know if that helps.
Go to the Run box by pressing Windows Key + R.
Type CMD to enter command prompt.
Type the command in the window: ATTRIB -H -R -S /S /D G:*.*
(G is the USB drive letter. You should replace G depending on your own USB drive letter shown on the computer)

Please connect the usb drive to your computer and make sure that it is visible on your computer.
Launch the command prompt, click the start menu and search cmd and select command prompt. You may have to run this is an administrator. To do this right click on the command prompt on your taskbar and select run as administrator
Type in the panel ATTRIB -H -R -S /S /D H:*.*
Please note that H is the drive letter in this example and you should replace it with the letter of your usb drive on your computer
Wait for the process to complete and close the window. Then check to see if the files are now back

If that is a USB Flash Drive, files deleted form a USB flash drive will not go to the Recycle Bin, they just get deleted
You will need a 3rd party utility to try to recover those files
Please Note, when recovering files, do not recover them onto the flash drive, recover them onto your PC, otherwise you may overwrite files you are recovering . .
Try the free version of Recuva, it is lightweight, free and easy to use . . .
