You can easily create a symbolic link to the directory you want.
This creates a symbolic link in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Download/\@DownloadStationTempFiles and points it to /share/CACHEDEV4_DATA/Torrents. This way the default folder points to the Torrents share i have and I don't need to move the files after they're downloaded.
ln -s /share/CACHEDEV4_DATA/Torrents/ /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Download/\@DownloadStationTempFiles
ln -s /directory/where/you/want/downloads /directory/where/the/downloads/are/currently/
Hope this helps with the default folder location.
