Fantastic device as long as your expectations are in the right place.

I use this primarily for light call-center work and online gaming. With 10~15 minutes calls every 5-10 minutes this headset can easily last an entire sans-lunch 10 hours shift on battery. The sound quality for calls is amazing, and the noise-cancelling mic is pretty good at cancelling out sounds in your environment that you can hear easily, but you wouldn't want your contact to hear.

That praise being said the build quality is iffy at best. Being what appears to be all plastic support construction with relatively heavy headphones/batteries you will find that taking off and lifting the head set from a surface is best done with two hands, otherwise the headset feels too flimsy to support itself while in motion.

As far as sound quality, they easily match up to cheaper, but wired solutions, such as Logitech's Clearchat line or the Plantronic's wired version of this style of headset. They will leave you wanting if you use them for music or other sound-focused media, but are still more pleasant than most laptop speakers.

With gaming, these aren't 7.1 surround or surround emulated so position-based sounds in games become flat as they do with any other headset, but for casual multiplayer matches where you just need to communicate, and aren't super-focused on hearing your enemy's footsteps over your teammate's whining this is definitely adequate.

In short: if you need a professional-quality wireless headset solution and your effective work day is 10 hours or less, or if you need something basic and comfortable for online gaming, this the best price/performance headset on the market.
