How to Download an Older Version of Firefox
Mozilla Firefox, like most Internet browsers, is updated on a regular basis, adding new features, changing the placement of menus and fixing bugs and glitches. However, you may have reasons for why you want to keep an older version of Firefox for your business. For example, a newer version of Firefox may have compatibility issues with add-ons your business uses, or the updates may remove an essential feature. If you want to run an older version of Firefox, Mozilla allows you to download two older versions -- Firefox 3.0 and Firefox 13 -- directly from its website. However, neither version is available from the Firefox main page.

Navigate to the Firefox "Install An Older Version Of Firefox" support page (see Resources).

Scroll down to the "I still want to downgrade — where can I get the previous version?" section of the support page.

Click the version of Firefox you want to download: Firefox 3.6 or Firefox 13. The setup file will download to your hard drive.

Double-click the setup file to install the older Firefox version.
