Legacy java fixer mod download

Recently, I've seen another issue crop up as well - something seems to corrupt the .minecraft folder, causing Minecraft to not launch even with the legacy java fixer. So far, this has happened to myself and at least one other player

In this instance, you should back up the following folders and files, since they can't be recreated easily:

mods
saves
screenshots
servers.dat (where your multiplayer servers are listed)

These will all be under the .minecraft folder in Windows. After you have those backed up, delete the .minecraft folder, and proceed with reinstalling Gulliver:

1. Run Minecraft, and make sure you install version 1.6.4 and run it at least once.
2. Run the forge installer.
3. Run the gulliver forged installer.
4. Copy your saved folders and files back in to the recreated .minecraft folder.
5. Make sure you have the legacy java fixer if you didn't have it before, as Minecraft will likely now be set to use Java 8

Then go ahead and try starting Minecraft again. Everything should come up just fine. If not, further debugging will be required, and that will need to be done on a case by case basis.
