Have you done a manual windows update in Settings? It should find all your drivers.
The windows defender shield showing red is probably due to outdated virus definitions.

but this device does not seem to be able to find it or them in the device manager.
Go to your device manufacturer website, download the latest chipset drivers and try to install them manually or search for them in the Microsoft Update Catalog. Good luck!

Hi Johnny_55
I should of taken a few screenshots for you all to help pinpoint this issue, but I will when I get back to the device.
I say this because everything in the shell for the "Windows Defender Security Center" is marked green.

Thank you RogerW2
That is something I will have to do.
Yesterday I uninstalled all of the buses and restarted the laptop, which auto reinstalled the "USB Controllers" without the drivers.
Is trying to find the downloads (drivers) on the 'Intel' website also an option?
