To watch TV shows and movies offline, you can download them from the Netflix app.

To find TV shows and movies to download:

1. Open the Netflix app and tap Downloads.

2. Select See What You Can Download, Find Something to Download, or Find More to Download.

On a Windows 10 device:

1. Open the Netflix app and select Menu.

2. Scroll down and select Available for Download.

You can also tap on any TV show or movie and look for the Downloads icon on the description page to see whether it can be downloaded.

To download:

1. Open the Netflix app and select a TV show or movie. Not all titles are available for download.

2. From the description page, tap Downloads.

   • For TV shows, Downloads will appear next to each available episode.

   • To save on data usage, download over Wi-Fi.

You can have up to 100 downloads at a time on as many devices on your membership plan.

Downloaded TV shows and movies:

• Are saved in the Downloads section of the app.

• Are available only on the device on which they were downloaded.

• Can be viewed from any profile in your account.

• Use the audio and subtitle settings that were set at the time of the download.

To download from Netflix, you need:

• An active Netflix account

• An internet connection

• The latest version of the Netflix app on one of these devices:

  • iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch running iOS 9.0 or later

  • Android phone or tablet running Android 4.4.2 or later

  • Amazon Fire tablet running Fire OS 4.0 or later

  • Windows 10 tablet or computer running Version 1607 (Anniversary Update) or later
