Asked on October 01, 2018 at 05:51 AMNo fields are appearing in PDFs created with the google drive integration. The only things showing are the form title and the submission time - not ANY of the other fields.
Answered on October 01, 2018 at 10:14 AMI investigated the issue, and I could replicate the matter. Kindly re-save the submission PDF template of your form; check these screenshots:
1) Open the submission page.
2) Customize the PDF template.
3) Save the PDF template. If you want to change the template, now is the time. If not, then just save it.
And here is the result.

I've tried this, and unfortunately it has only somewhat worked - it now shows also the IP and the submission number, but not the other fields.

As I'm not able to replicate it on my end, to isolate the issue please try creating a new form and integrate it with your Google Drive and make some test submission.

If the issue is isolated to a single form only, please share to us the form URL or form ID so we can check.

I have tried what you recommended - creating a brand new form, but the PDFs are still pretty much empty (not showing the fields). I have also tried a couple of different google accounts.

I've tried this. The PDFs downloaded from the submissions screen show up fine, it's just the ones that are exported via the google drive integration.

We have checked the issue which assigned by our support team.
We are not able to replicate on our ends. We tried to replicate it by setting a new Google Integration with the newly created 2 EU Test User Credentials. It's feature working properly.
